Just Do It!

 Actions speak louder than words. What you do greatly reflects the type of person you are and it can affect the value of your word.  If you say something and do something different or don't do what you said what you were going to do then you may be looked at as being untrustworthy.

    i totally agree with this because ive came across so many people like this and ended up not trusting them or believing in their words

    I think how you act or say to people, they will remember and be watching you of what you said or did. So you have to be careful to make sure you fulfill what you you say or did.
